NederlandsThe modern luxury villa was built in 2018 and has stunning views over the Arade River, Portimao’s natural harbor. Present are a spacious living room, open kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms and an elevator connecting the two floors and the large garage. The living room overlooks the attractive terrace with (heated) pool, sun beds and the covered outdoor dining table for 10 people. The four bedrooms all have air conditioning and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The spacious bedrooms can be expanded with an extra bed if necessary. A steel staircase leads to the lower second terrace with cozy lounge area. The many golfing owners have built a putting green and playground here. There is also a table tennis table in the garden for your use. The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, flat screen TV and Sonos sound equipment and flows into the spacious kitchen with work island. The kitchen is equipped with American fridge with ice machine, freezer, oven, wine cooler, dishwasher and electric stove.

Mollie –
We waren hier een maand en vonden het geweldig. Prachtig – zeer schoon, licht, modern, goed uitgerust huis. Het allerbelangrijkste was dat we genoten van het adembenemende uitzicht, dag en nacht, over de rivier naar Portimao. Fantastische patio’s met comfortabel meubilair – belangrijk voor ons omdat we graag in januari in de zon zaten en genoten van het uitzicht en het lezen tussen de vele uitstapjes door. De locatie was centraal om alle beste plekken in de Algarve te verkennen. We hebben veel terrein bestreken, van de zuidwestelijke Atlantische kust tot Tavira in het oosten, noordelijk tot Monchique en veel plaatsen daartussenin. Cliff walks waren een enorm hoogtepunt. Comfortabele verwarming in de winter, comfortabele bedden, wasmachine en droger waren erg waardevol voor ons en ook de lift was een groot pluspunt. Alles wat we nodig hadden en nog veel meer. Bedankt voor een geweldig verblijf.

Our family had the best week in this beautiful home. The home was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and spacious for our family of 7. The home was very close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to nearby Algarve towns. We felt very safe and absolutely loved the gorgeous view and nightly sunsets. The kids favorite was the pool and ping pong table! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us 🙂

We hebben de beste kerst gehad in Jacqueline’s prachtige villa. Het is een fantastische locatie, in een fantastische stad en een geweldig huis. We vroegen om een aantal items voor de twee baby’s die in onze groep reisden en ze deden er alles aan om alles te vinden wat we nodig hadden voordat we aankwamen. Kan niet genoeg aanbevelen.
